Garena Host Edition 2.7 (ladder fix)

Hi i cr3ate 4 you new ghe 2.7 build
changes:
+now you can use any maphacks
+now u can enter ladder rooms
+now u can enter in anticheat room(Kazakhstan HLR/Good Game Dota Room)

-now garena host edition not have exp extra boost(you give standart exp)
-now garena host edition not support flood in rooms(i hate flood)
-now garena host edition not support multi-client
-admin menu disabled
